A few of us at the dojo have a bet to see who can get a six pack of abs by Dec. 31. So I decided I'm going to throw some cardio into my workout plan and run every other day. On every other other day I'm going to do specific ab workouts, i.e. crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc. I'm pretty freakin tired right now so I think I'm going to go suffer from an involuntary nap.
