I was at work and going for my usual liter of tap water. I earn the weirdest looks when filling up my Ozarka bottle with Houston's superior water, especially when there is "purified" water delivered by some large water company. Probably Ozarka! I noticed this morning that my water didn't have the same dull, tasteless feel to it. This time the taste was reminiscent of malt, barley, and hops - yes, beer! very strange. Why are my taste buds so out of whack?
I honestly don't know what to think about this, therefore I honestly don't know what to say.
Been a while since i've posted here, this would be thanks to starting a new job. Kevin (friend from uop days) got me into Chevron and it's been really good so far. I love being downtown and living 10 minutes from work. Simply awesome. I helped him move into his new place yesterday so working on my homework today is proving to be difficult.
I am undergoing a transformation that will let me go under rigorous training. I am going to become a samurai and I am going to document how to do this in book form. It might be wondered how serious I am about becoming a samurai. To answer this question you have only to observe that there is a serious lack of samurai in today's society.
Just got back from the dojo. Alfredo was there tonite and I asked him to teach. I'm glad I did, I definitely learned something about teaching style. Alfredo really did a good job of explaining the techniques which is something I need to improve on. Tonite's class was interesting, aside from Alfredo and I, it was a father and son class. I don't think it was planned that way but it was kinda cool.
Drupal has to have the easiest user management system that I have ever seen for a content management system. Drupal's administration system is already super organized to start off with, and they didn't drop the ball when the designed the way admins give access to users. It is super easy to give certain users access to certain features as well as resources, i.e., content. Additionally, varying levels of administrative access can be given to users. I've got a lot of projects in the works and I'm glad I made the switch from Joomla to Drupal.

A man in Chicago calls his son in New York the day before Christmas and says, 'I hate to ruin Christmas this year, but I have to tell you that your mother and I are divorcing; forty-five years of misery is enough.'
'Pop, what are you talking about?' the son screams. 'We can't stand the sight of each other any longer,' the father says. 'We're sick of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister in Atlanta and tell her.'
i'm trying to figure out a system i can use to start managing money. i want to keep it simple and web based. i'm thinking of a way to tag money, setting up an alert, or some other similar method. it shouldn't be difficult to come up with a technique to accomplish this. the purpose of this is simply to try and develop an alternative approach to handling money.
It was a warm, sunny day in October. She was relaxing out on the veranda, just peacefully reading a book. She noticed people around her were putting things into their mouths and this made her curious. She also observed that nothing was coming out of their mouths. This was obviously a one way ticket. In the distance she noticed a stand where people had lined up and were giving money to someone who was giving them the very things they were putting in their mouths. She saw the line getting bigger, which on her planet means that whatever it is, people like it.
